NOTE: I’m currently in the process of updating my website. My portfolio will be restored slowly but surely! Please be patient and check back.

As Marc Chagall famously commented, “I work in whatever medium likes me at the moment.”

Much of my work has been called minimalist, but I prefer the term “essentialist.” Using line, color, and form, I strive to include only the elements necessary to convey an experience, sense of place, or story.

My artwork is held in private and corporate collections in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, France, Italy, Australia, and New Zealand.

Along with creating artwork, I write about art, and curate exhibits.

This is a very small sample of my work. Click on the thumbnail to see the complete piece and read details.
